If I order then when am I going to get my product?
Next day delivery if you order before 3 PM, this applies to Dhaka residents only. For outside of Dhaka, you will get the product within 2-3 days depending on the destination. For international deliveries, it may take up to 8-15 days. We will dispatch the product as quick as possible – same day or next day.
Can I return the product if I do not like it?
Yes, you may return the product if you do not like it, please give 100 Taka to the delivery guy as delivery and return costs us a lot. We would like to encourage you to read and check the fabric pictures and detail information that are available on product page before ordering.
How would I know whether my order was successful?
Please visit “Delivery Tracking” page to track your order status, in a few hours we will update it with estimated delivery date and time of your oder. Click here to track.
Where can I see the original pictures of a product?
Original fabric pictures are given on every product page. Those pictures are taken by us and you will get exactly what you see on the fabric pictures. If you are on mobile/app then please swipe left on the picture to check other pictures.
How can I cancel my order?
Please call us and we will cancel your order.
Can I get some discount?
We keep our product prices very minimum and reasonable. There are no room for further discount.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Dhaka: 50 Taka (next day delivery for orders placed before 3 PM)
Outside of Dhaka: 100 Taka
International Delivery: Please contact us.
What is your return policy?
Product can be returned to the delivery guy if you do not like it. However, this option is only available to the Dhaka, Chittagong, Khulna and Sylet metro residents. Return charges need to be paid by the customer (100 Taka).
What is Master copy?
Master copy means best quality duplicate, a lot cheaper than the originals but the quality is close to the originals.
What method of payments do you accept?
Currently we accept cash on delivery for metro area of Dhaka, Chittagong, Khulna, Jessore, Sylhet. Deliveries for other places and non-metro areas, customers need to be paid by bKash in advance, please contact us for bKash number. We are in a process of accepting major credit and debit cards.
what would I do if I find a defect on the product?
We check all the products before we dispatch, it is very unlikely that you will find defects, but if you found any defect then please return it to the delivery guy.
Do you have any showroom/outlet?
Sorry, we do not have any shop, if you order then we will deliver it to you. Fabric pictures are available for every dress along with the model’s picture, you will get exactly what you will see on the fabric pictures.
Why do you charge for deliveries while others do not?
We offer next day delivery which costs us a lot, we also keep the product prices to the minimum, we do not profit from delivery charges. Others may offer free delivery by charging you more for a product.
Why is my country is not on the delivery list?
Currently we are only delivering products to Bangladesh through this platform. Please contact us through Facebook and we will arrange a shipping to your country.
